This quote is perfect for how some Americans 🇺🇸 are feeling at the moment with the election, pending results, and possible threat to our democratic system. In addition, it’s also spot-on for our British 🇬🇧 and European 🇪🇺 friends across the pond; with the Covid surges and new lockdowns.  So let’s control our responses to all the bullcrap 💩 that is being thrown at us, and manage our resposne to it.  Let’s stay positive, and optimistic!

With that being said, let me distract you with an amazing destination, Venice, Italy 🇮🇹.  Let’s  dream 🛌 and look forward to the future when we can take a holiday.  Imagine sitting in this gondola and listening to your Gondolier navigate the canals, greeting his colleagues, and telling you about his hometown in an English Italian accent.  Absolutely fabulous…it’s something that seems so touristy but is a must do whilst you’re in Venice; even if you have a family, your rugrats 👧 👦 will sit still and love ❤️ every minute of it. 

Imagine,  when you’re done, finding a quaint, adorable family run Trattoria to complete your day with an authentic Venetian 🍝 meal, complimented with a wonderful glass – okay, let’s face it,  a bottle of wine 🍷!  Sounds dreamy right!  I can’t wait…Venice will definitely be one of the first places we venture off to once travel opens up.
